TMAAC-LLC is an Ohio based VOSB minority-owned small business established in 1 November 2013. TMAAC-LLC is a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing technical and analytical services to customers representing non-profit organizations and various government agencies. Our strategy is to use our expertise in technology to help clients achieve performance at higher levels so they can create sustainable value for their customers and stakeholders. TMAAC-LLC offers a unique set of skills and experiences that centers on Program Management, Encryption Technologies, Radio Communications Networks, Information Systems and Administration. TMAAC-LLC has a comprehensive understanding of DoD, DISA Army and Air Force, FCC and NTIA regulations.

Our Founder

Thomas A. Millender…

• Is the Owner and CEO of TMAAC-LLC.  

  • Honorably discharged after 26 years’ military service in both the Army Res/NG and the Ohio Air National Guard.  

  • Retiring in November of 2013, he established my own company, Thomas Millender and Associates Consulting LLC (TMAAC-LLC), a veteran/minority owned, small business (VOSB), Technology as a Service (TaaS) service provider (TSP), servicing in Central Ohio.

  • Leads TMAAC with a set of personal skills and experiences that includes comprehensive understanding of DoD and the RMF process, DISA, Army and Air Force, FCC and NTIA regulations and currently holds Active US Security Clearance.  

  • Served his country in the US Army as a Soldier in both the National Guard & the Reserves AND as a Government Civilian.
    Additionally he service the nation as an Airman in the Air National Guard and as Federal DoD Contractor for the US Air Force and various DoD agencies.  He's a Veteran, Retired Service Member and IT Professional.

• Is a servant leader within the community. 

  • Pastor and Ordained Elder of Courts of Heaven Ministries LLC - Preaching his first sermon, on January 1, 1998. 

  • Served as a Parent School Board Member for Springfield (Ohio) Academy of Excellence, Charter School from 2003 to 2008 

(now closed). 

• • Served as the Media Ministry Leader for the National Church of God Militant Pillar and Ground of the Truth as well as the Local Church assembly in Springfield, Ohio. 

  • A Silver Life Member of the NAACP. 

  • A missionary to Kenya, with his first mission trip 2018.

    • Cybersecurity Expertise: Over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, including roles as a Cyber Security Analyst, IT Support Specialist, and Encryption Technologies Specialist. Proficient in network security, incident response, encryption methods, and compliance with DOD, DISA, DLA, Army, Air Force, FCC, NIST, and NTIA regulations.

    • Project Management: Extensive background in project management, ensuring successful completion of complex IT projects in both military and civilian settings. Expertise in planning, organizing, and leading teams to achieve project objectives within scope, budget, and time constraints.

    • Network Administration: Strong proficiency in network administration, encompassing UNIX/Linux system administration, Windows system administration, and telecommunications management. Skilled in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance.

Experience in conducting independent assessments and providing expert advice on security measures.

    • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with a wide range of IT tools and technologies, including but not limited to Splunk, Azure Sentinel, HBSS, IDS/IPS, Wireshark, NetScout, Palo Alto Firewalls, and enterprise SIEM platforms.
